TUITION SCHEDULE for 2012-2013

Once accepted, your family will complete and sign the Financial Agreement and enroll on-line in the FACTS tuition management program.  Tuition is due by the first of the month according to the terms of your payment plan as listed on the Financial Agreement.  If you choose to pay monthly you may choose the 1st, 10th, or 20th as your payment date.  Go to the FACTS link to enroll.  Tuition covers a variety of expenses including textbook rental, workbooks, standardized testing fees, ACSI and SACS membership fees, computer and science lab fees, technology advancement costs, and a portion of elementary field trips.

ENTRUSTMENT FEE
A $250 non-refundable fee should be submitted with the application. This will start the admission process. All students will be required to pay an annual entrustment fee.  This annual fee holds a place for your student for the following school year and covers registration costs.

FACILITY FEE
All students will be required to pay an annual facility fee.  This fee is an investment in existing facilities and future growth and will be assessed each year.

           Facility Fee               $300 (Non-refundable/non-transferable)

In order to finalize your child’s acceptance, you will be required to enroll in FACTS tuition management using the link on the home page. Provide your FACTS agreement # on your Financial Agreement form.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full payment – Due June 1 ($100 discount per child)
12-month payment – Due June 1 through May 1

Note to new students: Monthly payment amount will increase and one
month’s tuition must be paid in advance if payments begin after June 1.
