(Parent-Teacher Fellowship) at GCA serves four important purposes:

• To provide encouragement and support for the teachers, parents, students and staff.
• To promote cooperation between the parents and teachers.
• To encourage parental involvement at GCA.
• To provide assistance to the staff and teachers at GCA.

• A PTF representative is assigned to each homeroom. This representative will be asked to attend four meeting during the school term and to assist the teacher by contacting parents with information provided by the PTF secretary. Additional assistance is needed for enlisting parents to volunteer for special events, to help with auction baskets and to assist with the Golf/Walk-a-thon (pledge letters and working with the teacher in planning events). If you are interested in serving as a PTF classroom representative, please contact Missy Sponica (sponcia@sponcia.com).

• Fellowship Fridays
  Last year our Teacher Appreciation Lunches were a big hit and we plan to continue these.  However, we will be changing the name to Fellowship Fridays. Every second Friday of the month, we will be treating our wonderful teachers, staff and administration to some much needed Fellowship time during lunch. Of course, we can’t do this without volunteers to help by bringing in “goodies” or covering the cafeteria (assisting the students with opening lunches, milk cartons, etc.). If you are interested is helping or would like more information, please contact Beth Kendrick at (BryanKendrick@comcast.net).
